Sage Realty continues to grow with the addition of operations and marketing teams
Wise Real Estate (Sage), the rental and management division of the William Kaufman Organization (WKO), continues its exciting period of growth with the appointments of Michael E. Keaveney as director of real estate operations and engineering, and Mikayla Nissan as Chief Marketing Officer. Both bring extensive real estate expertise and will operate from Sage’s New York office at 767 Third Avenue.

In his role, Keaveney will oversee the physical operations of Sage’s three million square foot commercial office space portfolio. Keaveney has over 20 years of specialized experience in the management and construction of commercial real estate, and has held various positions in property management and critical systems engineering. Prior to joining Sage, he served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations and Construction at WatermanCLARK, a private commercial real estate investment and operating company. There he was responsible for real estate operations and building the company’s current office and retail portfolio, where he conducted due diligence and underwriting of new investment opportunities.

Nissan, who joins as chief marketing officer, will lead and develop the organization’s marketing, brand and public relations strategies and campaigns at the corporate brand level, as well as specific properties. Prior to joining Sage, Nissan led the marketing, branding and public relations campaigns for SHVO, a luxury development and investment firm. During his professional tenure, Nissan led marketing, branding and public relations campaigns for numerous residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use properties.
