Namibia: “Secure the Bag Africa” will host an online coaching course

One of the most notable high performance coaching platforms, “Secure the bag Africa”, will host a six-week online group coaching program exclusively for young women called The Purpose Accelerator Clinic on June 5, 2021.

The program will be led by African female coaches, three of whom are based in Namibia.

Speaking to Youth Corner, Founder of “Secure the bag Africa”, Christine-Rita Abankwah said the platform brings together consultants, professionals, entrepreneurs and coaches from across Africa and the Diaspora to contribute to the corpus of African knowledge.

“The six-week program aims to introduce women to the concept of coaching. The program will help participants diagnose issues that may be preventing them from succeeding in all areas of their lives,” she emphasized.

According to Abankwah, the need for this program was driven by the fact that many people are unaware of the benefits of coaching.

“Africa has abundant resources of knowledge that we are failing to tap into. This has become even more relevant during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has left many people unsure of the paths they are taking and where to go. how to reposition in unpredictable times,” she said. added.

Participants will gain guidance on how to identify how past trauma is directing their lives, reprogram negative beliefs, craft a vision from their purpose, understand their financial mindset as well as the roadmap of their career and their business.

Five of “Secure the bag Africa” members who have established themselves in business and leadership will train and guide participants.

The program will be facilitated by Mercy Situmbeko, Industrial Psychologist and Certified Performance Technologist; medical scientist and mind trainer, Saara Shatumbu; psychotherapist and lifestyle and wellness coach, Barbara Kamba-Nyathi; Nazlee Mayhew, Financial Mindset Coach; and Christine-Rita Abankwah, who is a management consultant and goal coach.
