How online coaching saved Griffin Handsor’s life.
As the world came to a standstill, not everyone was going to wait for Covid-19 to magically disappear. As most countries were stuck in lockdowns and lockdowns, Griffin Handsor felt this was the perfect opportunity to work on himself. After reaching a point where he was in the worst shape of his life, Handsor turned to well-known Canadian online coach Amer Kamra for his expertise.
Most people wouldn’t see a global pandemic as an opportunity, but Hammer Fitness owner Kamra saw it differently. The guidance and platform not only helped Handsor, it opened his eyes to what he was truly capable of. Pandemic or not, there was nothing stopping the two from achieving a stunning transformation.
After years of competing in various bodybuilding competitions, it was during this tough time that Handsor achieved its most substantial growth beyond competition. He began to use the knowledge gained over the years and had the opportunity to coach clients under mentors Kamra and Jase Stevens, owners of Man The F Up.
Coming from a world of training clients in a one-on-one setting, he quickly ventured into online coaching as his own personal success proved that almost anyone can do the same from a distance. During this time, he signed up to further his knowledge with Kamra’s business mentorship program. The program is highly structured to enhance the growth of one’s business.
In what was supposed to be a difficult time for Handsor, it turned out to be a life-changing opportunity. An opportunity to thrive against winds and tides. Helping others change their own lives through remote online coaching.
