Destination XL (DXL), a U.S.-based omnichannel men’s apparel and footwear retailer, announced that James Reath will join its team as Chief Marketing Officer on September 26, 2022. Reath brings over 20 years of experience in marketing leadership with a particular focus on omni-retail, digital marketing, brand building and consumer insights.

Previously, Reath was Executive Vice President, Head of Retail at BBDO (New York), Partner at McKinney, Chief Marketing Officer at Young & Rubicam and previously held client-focused agency leadership roles.
