Owen Design Co. created a campaign for a Virginia-based tennis equipment supplier Har Trusponsorship of the WTA Credit One Charleston Open tennis tournament. The multi-channel campaign included two TV spotsdigital motion graphics and field displays, an event booth, merchandise, social media ads and updates from Har-Tru’s website.
Owen has collaborated with video production agencies World and South Carolina-based Vive Media on the TV spots, which aired nationally on Tennis Channel throughout this month’s tournament. Additional videos have been developed with an accelerated installation of the stadium’s clay court, maintenance instructions and a sales video.
Torx rethought it website for Jo-Jo’s famous New York-style pizzas and subs. The revamp was in conjunction with the opening of the town center pizzeria from its Midlothian location. The updated site allows online ordering in both places. Torx was also hired by Camp Mount Shenandoahan all-girls summer camp located in Bath County, to develop a new website.

The agency also produced a video for the client Cross timber roof. The 30 second clip features Richmond Flying Squirrels COO Todd “Parney” Parnell thanking the Virginia-based roofing company for building a new roof on the Diamond Party Pavilion.
The Martin agency published two places on Twitch as part of the live streaming service’s Gecko Gaming campaign to Geico. Tasks feature video game OG Cuphead and voice actress Ellen McLain, known for her role in the puzzle platformer “Portal.”
Martin worked with Spang on site for UPS. Called “all-year caddies”, the 30 second clip spotlights small businesses in Augusta, Georgia in connection with this year’s Masters golf tournament. Director of Photography Megan Stacey shot the music video, which was written by Martin and directed by Spang’s Jordan Roderick.
The King’s Agency developed two TV spots and a 30-second radio spot for the plastic packaging manufacturer Klöckner Pentaplast as part of a recruiting campaign. Tasks highlight the company’s work/life balance and involve Broad reach mediawho produced the TV spots.
Advice in the river town finished a new website for a local association Richmond Tool Bank.
Evergib branding completed for The hospitality of haute cuisineThe Conejo restaurant. The work included branding, messaging, creative direction and website development. The agency collaborated with 903 Creative on the logo and visual identity work, which features a Mexican heritage rabbit and corn in reference to the Spanish translation and associations of Conejo.
Marketing Stoqd designed the branding, logo and website for Stugii, a cigar store launched in central Virginia; for Coho RV and Marina in Oregon; and for JRK Renovations, a Central Virginia kitchen and bathroom contractor. He handles social media management for Virginia-based Valley landscaping and digital advertising for Virdioa fitness platform based in Alexandria.
Stoqd does logo and brand design for Virginia wedding venue Anderson Mill Estates; web design for Starter fiber, a Florida-based fiber optic contractor; and a press release for Blue Edge Financial in Texas. Other new customers include NP Residentiala Texas-based real estate brokerage firm.
Red Orange Studio designed environmental graphic installations for Virginia Urology commemorating the 100th anniversary of medical practice. The charts highlight its founders and company milestones and feature current vendors, residents and fellows.
VCU Brand Center kicked off its annual recruiting session on Monday, continuing with an online format introduced during the pandemic. More than 275 recruiters registered for the week-long event, which includes a website showcasing the work of the 89 students who make up its class of 2022. At least nine of the students had already lined up jobs before the site went live on Monday.
Agencies and companies participating in the session include Google, Meta, Wieden + Kennedy, Dollar Shave Club, Highdive and Preacher. More than 40 people signed up for one-on-one information sessions, more than half of whom chose to attend in person.
