“When I started my business, I was using the only phone number I had when I was 14. People were calling our home phone and asking me, and my parents didn’t know what they were talking about. were talking,” Collins said. “I actually used Flash before it was even called ‘Flash.’ a beta version of their new digital animation software, named “FutureSplash Animator”.

He then helped his grandfather, who worked for years in the commercial printing business, transition from more traditional ways in an analog workplace to a more modern, digital workplace. He taught her QuarkXPress and also how to use a Mac. The successful partnership not only brought his grandfather into a new, more capable era, but also taught Collins about the industry.
