L’Oréal USA appoints Han Wen Chief Digital & Marketing Officer

THE WHAT? L’Oréal USA has appointed Han Wen Chief Digital & Marketing Officer, effective immediately.

THE DETAILS Wen will serve as a member of L’Oréal USA’s Executive Committee and lead the company’s digital transformation at the enterprise level, in partnership with its divisions and brands.

His mandate includes a focus on consumer insights and intelligence, digital go-to-market strategies, marketing innovation, media planning and buying, and building a center of excellence in digital content and services.

Wen previously worked in the professional products division of L’Oréal USA [PPD]where she has led the digital transformation of the PPD business in the United States since 2017.

THE WHY ? David Greenberg, CEO of L’Oréal USA, said, “Han brings deep experience and expertise to this strategic role at a time when digital is at the forefront of our business. His outstanding track record and in-depth knowledge of how best to interact with and support our consumers in both offline and online environments will be critical to our success.
