Covid-19: Kota coaching institutes offer online coaching to students

At a time when Kota Coaching attends the start of its academic session in the month of April every year, the Covid-19 lockdown has forced Kota Coaching Institutes to start online courses for new admissions this year .

Several coaching institutes in the coaching capital are using technology to minimize the negative impact of the covid-19 lockdown on their academic session and student admissions.

Allen Career Institute of Kota, which is the largest coaching institute in Kota, has started online courses for students so that they can seamlessly prepare for the exam while staying at home.

Naveen Maheshwari, Director of Allen Career Institute, Kota, said, “We are doing everything we can to support students during this difficult time. More than 57,000 students have started studying in online mode while staying at home. It is mainly students preparing for IIT-JEE & NEET UG this year”.

He said admissions have also started for students moving into class 10 to 11, whose classes will begin next week. Not only that, a 40-day crash course has also been launched by ALLEN for NEET and JEE Main 2020 in which a large number of students are already enrolled with us.

“Our digital classrooms will be accessible to students until the Corona Virus lockdown and these classes will be converted to regular classrooms at the respective centers when the lockdown is lifted,” he said. Courses will be delivered through video lectures and modules in PDF format and online tests will also be taken. Along with this, there will be online support to solve doubts to students by call and Whatsapp.

The online fee payment facility has been launched, he said.

Satya Prakash Kar (13), a class 8 pupil in Bhubaneswar, said that after this announcement of confinement, my parents and I were not worried about my studies, but digital lessons offer the possibility of learning while sitting at home . Our teachers give the best of themselves thanks to these digital lessons and we regularly receive video lectures, homework and assistance in case of doubt.

Another seeker, Dwitimaya Sahoo (Class – X) from Odisha said, “Being at home, I was able to learn like classroom teaching. In addition to video lectures and homework, our teachers contact us by phone and WhatsApp messages”.

Career Point Institute of Kota has also launched an online classroom course for aspirants who cannot come to Kota currently during lockdown. Career Point President and Managing Director, Pramod Maheshwari said that “Covid-19 has been a testing period in which aspirants are unable to reach Kota for their regular courses, so we have launched courses in line for students that they can join now and later can attend regular classes at the Kota center once the lockdown is over.”

He said many students have joined our online classes.

Another coaching institute in Kota named Vibrant Academy has also informed that it has also started giving online admissions to students for NEET and IIT-JEE. Rakesh Sharma, Vice President of Vibrant Academy, Kota, said that “students are approaching our institute for admissions for which we have started online coaching courses through online platforms.”
