The Bermuda Cricket Board Executive is pleased to announce a partnership with online cricket coaching organization, CoachEd.

Those interested in Bermuda will be able to receive their cricket accreditation and Elite High Performance qualifications through online courses.

Thanks to this agreement, BCB member clubs can register one person per club to participate in the program offered at a reduced rate. Individuals must be coaches who will provide their services to said club during the 2021 cricket season and beyond.

The 11-module course will cover all aspects of cricket, including season management and player performance management.

The Elite High Performance program will be subject to the recommendation of the BCB High Performance Committee.

BCB Chairman Arnold Manders said: “The BCB is very pleased to partner with CoachEd, the global home for online cricket coaching education powered by Gary Kirsten.

“CoachEd online courses have been developed to enable cricket coaches to learn, develop and become accredited without restriction, from anywhere in the world.

“This partnership will help us, as part of our strategic plan, to recruit more qualified coaches at clubs and elite coaches for our high performance programs.”

A Zoom meeting will be held on December 19 at 11 a.m. to present the program to interested participants. For more information contact your club, email info@cricket.bm or call 292-8958.
